Permanent cosmetics is a sister to tattooing.  Micrograins of iron oxide are placed just below the top layer of skin.  The effect is a soft, natural, long-lasting color-enhancement.  It is a safe procedure and is performed using the OSHEA standards of sanitation. The price I have listed is for upper or lower eyeliner.  The price for upper and lower eyeliner is $450.  Eyebrows are $450.  Full lip procedures are $600.00.  Every price includes a touch-up visit 4-6 weeks following the initial application.
