What if you can't repair my machine? In very rare cases, a unit may be deemed uneconomical for repair (1%).  If this happens, we'll notify you via email. Important note: Please do not send us equipment that has been unsuccessfully repaired by someone else (we can tell), or has major physical damage where it is obvious the machine needs replacement plastic parts to make it functional again.
